Geocaching - 2011 - Aboriginal Culture and Heritage

 

Geocaching in the provincial parks is a fun, outdoor pursuit that the whole family can enjoy.

2011 marks the second season for an official park-sanctioned geocache program, complete with passport, coins and prizes.

This year's theme for the provincial park's program is Aboriginal Culture and Heritage. There are five geocaches spread around the province with the kick-off event on June 18th at Five Islands. Read more about the June 18th event and the caches.

For the 2011 park geocache season you will need the passport and the relavent information from Geocache.com which will be active, starting on June 18th:
