Reservation Policy

Reservations must be made in the name of the person who is arriving to pick up the camping permit.  Reservations cannot be assigned from one person to another person at the time of arrival.  If a name change is required please call 1-888-544-3434.

To make a reservation, payment of all fees is required at the time of booking.

A campsite can be reserved for a minimum of one night and a maximum of 14 nights.

Reservations can be made until 11 pm AT on the day of your arrival.

Reservation are only held until 1:00 PM (AT) the day following your scheduled arrival date. Reservations not claimed by this time will be considered a "no show" with the reservation being cancelled and a penalty of the first night's camping fee assessed.

Multiple reservations in the same name for the same time period are not allowed.

There is a non-refundable fee of $8.00 for each reservation. There is a non-refundable $6.00 charge for each change or cancellation.

Payment

Payment can be made using Visa, MasterCard, or Diners Club.  Telephone reservations can also be paid by cheque or money order.

For non-Canadian reservations, money orders will only be accepted in Canadian dollars.

Cheques will not be accepted for payment of your reservation if your arrival date is within 21 days of the date you make your reservation.

Money orders will not be accepted if your arrival date is within 10 days of the date you make your reservations.

If paying by cheque in US funds, the cheque will be deposited in US funds.  Please calculate the appropriate exchange rate  (contact your local financial institution for rates).

To confirm your campsite reservation, money orders and cheques must be received within 14 days of the date you make your reservation.  If payment is not received within 14 days, your campsite cannot be guaranteed and the site you chose may have to be changed.

Please remember to write the park name and your confirmation number on the back of your cheque.

Post dated cheques will not be accepted.

Cancelling / Changing Reservations

Reservations may be cancelled or changed on the reservation web site or by calling 1-888-544-3434.

Reservations can be changed or cancelled up to 1:00 pm (AT) on the day before your scheduled date of arrival. Reservations cancelled after 1:00 pm (AT) will be charged the "no show" fee equivalent to one night's camping fee.
