Camping Park Fees

Camping reservations can be made beginning April 2, 2013.

We accept in-person reservations for campsites in all provincial campgrounds after park opens. Phone calls for reservations will not be accepted at the park. See Reservations for details.

For your convenience, payment for telephone reservations can be made using VISA®, MasterCard®, Diners Club®, American Express®, cheque or money order.

There is a non-refundable fee of $9.00 for each reservation. There is a non-refundable $7.00 charge for each change or cancellation.

Camping fees are based upon the services available in each park. All Fees include applicable taxes.
($2.30 per night discount for Senior Citizens- age 65 and over)

• Two-way hook ups (Porters Lake, Mira and Whycocomagh only)    $34.55
• Yurts can be reserved at Whycocomagh for a fee of $58.20 per night for up to four people and $10.60 for each additional person.

Ice is $2.50, Sewage dumping is $6.35, and Wood is $5.00.

Seniors (resident and non-resident) discount is given to any customer who can show proof of age 65 years or older.

There is no seniors discount on the purchase of wood, ice or parking an additional vehicle.

If there is more than one vehicle at your campsite you will need to purchase an additonal "Vehicle Permit". The fee for this is $8.05 per night, payable at the time of registration. The number of additonal vehicles permitted on a campsite is limited by the individual park. Additional vehicles may have to be parked in a separate designated parking lot located away from your campsite for which there is no fee.

Day Use Parks

Day use parks are open from Victoria Day weekend- May 17th- until Thanksgiving weekend – October 14th for the 2013 Season.
Fees: There is no fee for use at day-use parks except for Cape Chignecto and the Shubenacadie Wildlife Park. All fees are subject to change.
